Utkarsh Gupta started his professional career as an associate at Mr. Achin Mittal, Adv. Supreme Court and thereafter worked extensively as a Senior associate at Mr. G.D. Bansal, Adv. (Ex-Vice President Rajasthan Bar Council), in the “Trademark and Copyright, Banking and Finance Law, Tax Law and Civil Litigation” branch. He represented various corporate and individual clients before the various High Courts and Tribunals.

Utkarsh Gupta pleaded and represented various multinational companies, domestic companies, industrial development authorities, and individual clients.

Utkarsh Gupta is now a part of the Independent Legal Office – with mid-tier associate strength, mostly pursuing litigation with the principal seat of practice in Delhi.
